                                                         CST Medical Solutions is a national staffing company offering travel, local contract, and temp-to hire positions that range from 4 to 26 weeks in length.  We have professional relationships with top hospitals, rehab companies, outpatient clinics, schools, and home health agencies, so we will have numerous national job opportunities for you to choose from.

CST Medical Solutions also acknowledges the fact that many travelers prefer to work as independent contractors through their own corporations.  As a 1099 contractor you will still be able to take advantage of some of the benefits that we offer to our employees.  These include housing search assistance, PTO, weekly pay by direct deposit, and licensure and CEU reimbursements.  This is yet another example of how we are willing to go that extra mile for those that work with us.

As an employee of CST Medical Solutions, you will be afforded an opportunity to take advantage of all of the following benefits:

***Weekly Pay by Direct Deposit:  Receive your paycheck by direct deposit every Friday.  We also offer the opportunity to view your check stub via the internet so there is no wait to verify the accuracy.

***Employer Paid Medical/Dental/Vision & Life Insurance:  Coverage for spouse, child, or family can be added at cost of employee with deductions automatically made to paycheck. 

***Short-term Disability Available

***Paid Time Off (PTO):  Ten (10) hours of PTO earned for every 520 hours worked (approximately 13 weeks).

***Licensure Reimbursements:  Have your licensure costs reimbursed after every 520 hours worked.  Travel from state to state with no added expense of licensure.

***Continuing Education (CEU) Reimbursements:  Receive up to $750 each year in CEU reimbursements after working 1040 hours (approximately 26 weeks).

***Fully Furnished Housing or Per diem:  Choose from fully furnished housing with all utilities paid or receiving the maximum allowable housing per diem.  Phone, internet, & cable covered by employee.  Even if you choose to receive the housing per diem, we will locate housing options & assist in negotiating the cost.  Ask your recruiter how this translates into more money in your pocket.

***Meals and Incidentals Per diem:  All travelers/contractors working over 50 miles from their home residence receive the full per diem to cover the expenses of food, rental car, mileage, etc.

***Referral Bonuses:  Receive a $500 bonus for each person referred to CST Medical Solutions once they complete 520 hours or meet their permanent hire guarantee.

***National Job Opportunities:  We have relationships nationwide with rehab companies, hospitals, SNF/LTC/ALFs, LTACs, outpatient facilities, and school systems.
